Fabulous hotel and free parking, great location up to restaurant. Location really close to which could have been quaint and Hakone Tozan Train for Hakone Tozan Cable Car and premium outlet. For tea or coffee visit Ninja Cafe Fuma nearby...

Very relaxing hotel Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Outdoor private onsen is the best part in this hotel. Esp when you come from country thats quite too shy to share onsen with stranger like me im from Thailand. If i have a chance ill stay in this hotel again. The food is very yummy.
The room was a bit old

The hotel staff is excellent. Even if they do not speak very well English, they are trying to help as best as they can. The futons are very comfortable, it was the only night during the whole 14 days trip that I didn´t feel any pain in my back and slept peacefully the whole night. The food was amazing and as a first ryokan experience we really loved it.
The way to get there is a bit tricky. You have to take the cable car if not taxi from the Gora train station otherwise the hotel stands on the steep hill and it´s impossible to walk there with the suitcase like we thought we could. The hotel is a bit worn which we were able to compare afterwards - we stayed also in other ryokan in the same area - it was newer with better location and cheaper price. Nevertheless, the stay was great.

The location of this Ryokan is fantastic, right next to the train station and close to attractions like the Hakone Open Air museum and the garden/craft center. The onsen is a great addition, with clean facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The rooms are tidy and spacious, with a balcony bathtub offering a lovely view. The Japanese dinner included in the room price is delicious, and the breakfast is also included. a great place to stay for business travelers or anyone looking for a retreat-like experience.
Felt at home with caring staff, who go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of.

To enjoy a relaxable vacation leave with one hour free onsen daily service at Keyakiso. So delighted to enjoy Japanese Style rich breakfast and dinner prepared by Hotel. The furniture and bathroom curtain are recommended to be renewed. Overall speaking, very suitable for Honey Moon and enjoy tasteful Japanese Food. I would visit Keyakison again.

The hotel has a good location for exploring Hakone. There is a cable car station just next to the hotel - Naka Gora (be aware to get off on the left side of the station). Good food served in a dining room. Very cozy private mineral baths that could be used free of charge.
The rooms a little bit old.
